CYCLOPES - Dedicating Efforts to Tackle Cybercrime

It is possible to see the Innovation Law Enforcement Agencies' Dialogue (i-LEAD) as a parent project to CYCLOPES; however, CYCLOPES dedicates efforts to tackle Cybercrime issues. Furthermore, several partners are spanning both projects, guaranteeing fruitful collaboration.

The goal is to ensure both projects are working in unison rather than running conflicting activities that will dilute the output of the respective projects.

CYCLOPES only started in May 2021 and will run for the next 5 years. This means the project can adopt the strengths of i-LEAD and learn and adapt to the lessons learned from actions that were executed for the first time in the European domain. With this in mind, expectations are high, and there are many advantages expected for LEAs working in the Cybercrime domain. The Joint Live Exercises are a focal point for many.
