Public Order TIG Meeting Scheduled For December In Poznan, Poland

The Public Order group has begun preparations for the first in-person meeting, which is scheduled for the first week of December 2021 in Poznan, Poland.

Along with reinforcing relations between members, the meeting will represent grounds for discussion on the results of the questionnaire entitled “The state of play on public order system in Europe” that was circulated within the group at the beginning of October.

In addition, an important aim of the meeting will be to gain an in-depth understanding of the needs and requirements of public order practitioners with regards to training, equipment, technology, procedures, etc. This knowledge will be beneficial in guiding the group’s future activities.

Before the F2F meeting, there will be a regular group online session planned for 5th November 2021. The event will then be accompanied by a visit to the city stadium and the Riot Police Unit of the Polish Police Regional HQ in Poznan.
