POLSECURE 2026 took place from April 21–23 2026 in Kielce. It was the fourth edition of one of the most important events dedicated to public security in Central and Eastern Europe. The event was organised in cooperation with the National Police Headquarters under the patronage of the Minister of the Interior and Administration. From the perspective of ENLETS, the event was particularly relevant as an opportunity to continue the Public Order TIG’s market scanning activities, identify emerging technologies that may support the operational needs of law enforcement agencies across Europe, and strengthen links between policing practitioners, technology providers, and institutions involved in public safety innovation.

Scale and Exhibitors

The 2026 edition recorded strong attendance, with 219 exhibitors from 17 countries participating in the fair, and nearly 6,000 participants visiting it. The exhibition space increased by 30% compared to the previous edition, occupying almost 8,000 m² in halls and outdoor areas. The WB Group served as the strategic partner of the event. Companies and institutions from the IT, communications, tactical, and rescue equipment sectors, including Motorola Solutions and Paramedica Polska, presented their products. The National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) and the Government Agency for Strategic Reserves (RARS) made a strong presence.

New Technologies and Innovations

This year's event showcased the latest solutions addressing contemporary national and public security challenges. These included:

  • Unmanned Systems (drones): Modern reconnaissance and sensory platforms designed to monitor borders and protect critical infrastructure.
  • Secure Communications and Cybersecurity: Advanced analytical tools and encrypted data transmission systems for uniformed services.
  • Modern Rescue Equipment and Battlefield Medicine: Innovative medical kits, casualty evacuation systems, and advanced tactical clothing for officers.
  • Modular Construction: Solutions supporting the rapid creation of infrastructure for services in crisis situations.

Why POLSECURE Matters to ENLETS

ENLETS was represented by Public Order TIG Leader—Jakub Gorczyński, who had the opportunity to familiarise himself with the offers of trade fair exhibitors and participate in conferences accompanying the trade fair. His participation in POLSECURE 2026 was part of the continued PO TIG ENLETS activities focused on scanning the market for new technologies relevant to law enforcement agencies.

As Jakub Gorczyński noted,

The visit to POLSECURE 2026 was a continuation of activities related to market research for new technologies, which falls within the scope of PO TIG ENLETS’s work.

PO TIG Leader

ENLETS PO TIG members first visited POLSECURE in 2023 as part of a broader study visit to Poland, organised under the so-called “Industry Day”, an initiative that each TIG was expected to undertake. The 2024 edition resulted in a report identifying technologies and manufacturers considered by TIG members to be particularly relevant to the needs of specific law enforcement agencies.

The 2026 edition also provided an opportunity to represent ENLETS as a network and PO TIG through its leadership. During the fair, the PO TIG Leader paid particular attention to solutions related to individual equipment for police officers, intervention vehicles used in frontline policing, and communication and surveillance support vehicles and systems, including drones. Jakub Gorczyński also highlighted support weapons, such as rifles and carbines, as an important area of interest for the Polish Police. In this context, he reviewed in detail the offer of Fabryka Broni Radom, including the MSBS Grot family and the MPS pistol.

The findings from the visit, together with information on relevant manufacturers and technologies, will be shared with PO TIG members during upcoming video meetings, supporting further exchange on solutions that may respond to the operational needs of law enforcement agencies.

From ENLETS Contact to Joint Training: Polish and Slovak Counter-Terrorism Units at Lešť

Counter-terrorism officers from the Mazovia region (Poland) took part in a joint operational training in Slovakia. The officers were invited by the Special Police Unit PPÚ Bratislava and trained together at the Lešť Training Centre in Slovakia from 23 to 27 February 2026, enhancing cross-border cooperation and operational readiness. This initiative directly resulted from ENLETS collaboration, demonstrating how international partnerships can be translated into practical actions.
